Dividend Policy

Flow Traders currently pays dividends annually in two installments, with a target aggregate dividend payout ratio of at least 50% of net profits realized during the financial year. In 2022, our interim dividend was €0.70 and a final 2022 dividend of €0.80. In 2023, we paid an interim dividend of €0.30 and declared a final dividend of €0.15.
