As a technology-enabled trading firm our Technology division is at the core of our company and makes up over 40% of our team. Technology is incorporated in our four main departments; Product Development, IT, Trading Operations and Trading Performance.

Our talented Software Engineers take advantage of the latest technologies to maintain and improve our cutting-edge trading environment. During the interviews our Engineers will be looking at where you are technically the strongest; this in combination with the business knowledge you possess will determine the team you will start in. However, we also want to hear from you and what you would be interested in working on!

Graduate Developers will experience working in a few different teams during the program. Based on your performance and ambitions you will decide together with your mentor which development team fits you best.
