Flow Traders is looking for a Recruiter to join our Recruitment team in our Amsterdam office. The ideal candidate is proactive self-starter who thrives in a results-oriented environment, passionate about providing an exceptional hiring experience for both the candidates and the internal stakeholders. You will closely collaborate with our different teams across our various divisions (Business Support, Technology, Trading) to swiftly fulfill current and future hiring targets.  

 

What You Will Do:

  • Understand Flow Traders’ core business and the specific requirements for various roles
  • Recruitment for key roles with a focus on the technology, trading and business support departments 
  • Execute effective and creative recruitment strategies to swiftly fulfill current and future hiring targets
  • Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and drive effective recruitment strategies
  • Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment process
  • Retain up-to-date records in applicant tracking system and maintain talent pipeline
  • Ad-hoc Human Resources & Recruitment projects

 

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the Finance and/or Technology space
  • University degree preferably in Human Resources Management, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English, Dutch is a plus
  • Data driven and creative self-starter who likes to think outside the box
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail skills
  • Currently based in The Netherlands

This will focus on the skills required for the role. This stage can take place through a video call or face-to-face meeting at the Flow Traders office.

4. Interview with the Hiring Manager

During the final round you will meet with your Manager to ask any outstanding questions you may have, meet the rest of the team, and experience our office environment.
