Flow Traders is looking for an HR Generalist to join our HR & Recruitment team in Hong Kong. The role will focus on providing operational support to our employees across Singapore, Hong Kong and China. What You Will Do

  • Be the first point of contact for employee questions, providing operational and HR support as you address both in-person and email queries
  • Manage the administration of APAC benefits including medical insurance, leave days etc.
  • Support with the administration of the HR system to keep employee records up to date
  • Responsible for the administrative requirements for onboarding new joiners and supporting current employees, including the drafting of contracts (new hires / transfers), letters, preparation of employer statements etc.
  • Support on relocation matters for internal transfers
  • Support on visa processing
  • Maintains a positive work environment by championing employee engagement. Partner with Office Management to run these events from time to time.
  • Manage the yearly engagement survey process and work with global stakeholders to ensure a smooth employee experience
  • Support on ad hoc HR projects from time to time
  • Support and help coordinate Recruitment activities in the region

What You Need to Succeed

  • A degree holder with 2+ years of relevant HR experience ideally, or recent/fresh graduates with a passion for HR are encouraged to apply
  • Affinity for systems with strong working experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communicator able to work with a strong sense of confidentiality
  • Multitasker with strong time management skills
  • Innovative thinker striving for continuous improvement

This will focus on the skills required for the role. This stage can take place through a video call or face-to-face meeting at the Flow Traders office.

4. Interview with the Hiring Manager

During the final round you will meet with your Manager to ask any outstanding questions you may have, meet the rest of the team, and experience our office environment.
