What is Flow Traders doing?
The activities of Flow Traders consist of arbitrage transactions in various financial products, such as options, shares and futures. Flow Traders trades for its own account and at its own risk and has no principals. From our offices in Amsterdam we trade electronically in most European countries, the United States, and a number of Asian countries.
Arbitrage involves the use of simultaneous price differences between related financial products. To do this as effectively as possible requires access to the right information, and ability to respond instantly. To achieve this, Flow Traders has developed its own state-of-the-art software. Identifying and developing new areas of arbitrage is one of the team’s central tasks.
